Fitness Boot Camp at McPherson Park
Session will begin Tuesday, July 10 - August 16.
Get in shape "boot camp" style! In each class participants will perform exercises individually and as teams, focusing on muscular strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. The emphasis is on both physical and mental improvement and each week builds upon the previous classes. The program is designed for all levels of fitness with workouts including body weight, cardiovascular endurance and core strength exercises. The classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30AM - 6:30AM. Meet at McPherson Park, 100 E. Park Avenue.
Yoga at Bobby Pearse Community Center
We invite you to join us at the Bobby Pearse Community Center for this 8-week yoga program. This 60 minute class is taught on Monday evenings and all levels are welcome. Participants may pay per class upon arrival or register for the entire 8-week session for less! Please bring your own yoga mat.

City Resident- $5 per class or $32 for entire 8 week session(8 classes)
Non-City Resident- $6 per class or $40 for entire 8 week session(8 classes)
Strong Mamas Fitness
A unique workout group that is geared toward women including moms who want to stay fit and connect with other women. This class allows participants to engage with their kids by teaching them how much fun it is to exercise and stay healthy. This workout group is also accompanied by play dates, themed classes, and moms' nights out.
