Fitness Boot Camp at Sears Recreation Center
In each class of Fitness Boot Camp, participants will perform exercises individually and as teams, focusing on muscular strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. The emphasis is on both physical and mental improvement and each week builds upon the previous classes. The program is designed for all levels of fitness with workouts including body weight, cardiovascular endurance and core strength exercises. Participants may choose between participating 2 or 3 times per week. The classes meet at the Sears Recreation Center on Park Avenue.

Yoga at Bobby Pearse Community Center
We invite you to join us at the Bobby Pearse Community Center for this 8-week yoga program. This 75 minute class is taught once a week, and all levels are welcome; however, you do not need previous yoga experience to enjoy this class. Participants may pay per class upon arrival or register for the entire 8-week session for less! Please bring your own yoga mat.
The next session will begin on Monday, September 12, 2016.
City Resident- $5 per class or $32 for entire 8 week session
Non-City Resident- $6 per class or $40 for entire 8 week session
Strong Mamas Fitness
A unique workout group that is geared toward women including moms who want to stay fit and connect with other women. This class allows participants to engage with their kids by teaching them how much fun it is to exercise and stay healthy. This workout group is also accompanied by play dates, themed classes, and moms' nights out.

Movement Ritual & the Dance of Life
Explore the motion and rhythm of your dance of life in this series grounded in dance pioneer Anna Halprin's "technique of awareness." Work organically with natural movement, not from led sequences. Build physical resources. Develop the scope of your expression. Cultivate your creative impulse towards life and growth. Discover new responses. Embody your sense of self. Come together with others.
Classes will be held on Monday evenings from 7-9 p.m. beginning Sept. 12, 2016.
Regular attendance is recommended, but drop-ins are welcome.
