Greenville Prospector

Greenville Prospector is an interactive mapping program that allows the user to search for available non-residential buildings or land in the City of Greenville as well as create site-specific demographic and drive time reports.

Property Search

Search for Available Buildings or Land Using These Criteria:

For sale, for lease or both
Minimum and maximum sales or lease prices
Minimum and maximum size requirements
Broker, corridor location, or property use

Once the search criteria is set up, click on the "Search" button and Greenville Prospector will search a database of properties that match your specific property criteria and display the matching properties on the map and in the results table. Click on the matching properties to view a detailed aerial photo map of the site. A variety of sketching and measurement tools are also available.

Radius Reports and Drive Time Analysis

Once a property is selected, the user will be able to create and print demographic radius reports or drive time reports by clicking on the "Radius Report" table in the detail map view.

Note: If you are viewing Greenville Prospector on a screen that is less than 17", you will need to type the F11 key to view the application in full screen.
