• Western Rail Trail Ride
    A grandmother and grandson enjoy the Western Rail Trail on a beautiful fall day. The trail also includes a 4-foot rubberized running section.
  • Western Rail Trailhead
    The Western Rail trailhead, near Linky Stone Park in downtown Greenville, features picnic tables, bicycle racks and a water fountain.
  • Trail Connector
    Currently, the trail between the Church Street and Cleveland Street underpasses are not part of either Falls Park or Cleveland Park trail system. Please dismount bicycles and use caution when crossing the metal grate bridge.
  • Trail at Falls Park
    The Swamp Rabbit Trail passes directly by the falls and offers users picturesque views of the Liberty Bridge.
  • Trail entering Cleveland Park
    After crossing underneath Church Street, the Swamp Rabbit Trail heads into Cleveland Park.
  • Cleveland Park Trail
    Follow the Swamp Rabbit Trail signage while in Cleveland Park, to stay on the main spine of the trail. There are numerous trail spurs in Cleveland Park that lead to other destinations such as the zoo, tennis courts or dog park.
  • Hincapie Path section
    The Hincapie Path section of the Swamp Rabbit Trail was named after George Hincapie, three-time U.S. Cycling champion and Greenville resident. This section includes a 100-foot, 10-foot wide bicycle and pedestrian bridge.
  • Hincapie Path section
    The Hincapie Path section connects to the Caine Halter family YMCA, and is perfect for all range of users, from the serious fitness buff to the casual walker.
  • Greenville Tech
    The first phase of the Greenville Tech section of the Swamp Rabbit Trail was completed in 2008. The 10 foot wide asphalt trail parallels E. Faris Road.
  • Greenville Tech trail segment
    The Greenville Tech section of the trail crosses E. Faris Road and then parallels Cleveland Street. Currently the southern terminus of the Swamp Rabbit Trail is at the Reedy River, near Cleveland Street.
  • Hiking trails
    Natural surface hiking and mountain biking trails are available in Timmons and Cleveland Parks.
  • Monthly Rides
    The City leads a monthly bike ride on the third Friday of each month, starting at Linky Stone Park on Reedy View Drive. Anyone with a bicycle and helmet is welcome!
