Greenville Comprehensive Plan

Plan-it Greenville Comprehensive Plan: Plan-it Greenville was completed in 2009. It was a two year project done by city staff to update the comprehensive plan for the City.

Augusta Road Master Plan

Augusta Road Master Plan: Completed by Mahan Rykiel & Associates in August, 2011, the plan focuses on the area surrounding the intersection of Augusta and Mauldin Roads.

Bike Master Plan

The Bicycle Master Plan was adopted by City Council in September 2011. The Plan is the result of a 12-month planning process that was led by Alta Planning + Design and a City Council appointed Planning Advisory Committee. Staff from the city’s Parks & Recreation Department, Traffic Engineering Division, Law Enforcement, Planning Department, Transit as well as the Greenville Pickens Area Transportation Study served in a critical advisory role during the project. The Plan \ presents a framework to help strategize the expansion of the existing bikeway network, complete network gaps, and provide greater transportation connectivity while educating and encouraging bicycling throughout the City of Greenville.

Downtown Master Plan: The Downtown Master Plan was completed in 2008 by Sassaki and Associates.

Downtown Streetscape Master Plan

Downtown Streetscape Master Plan: The City Council adopted the plan in August of 2011.

Dunbar-West Greenville

Dunbar-West Greenville Revitalization Plan: The Dunbar-West Greenville Revitalization Plan was completed in 2002 by RKG Associates, Inc.

Heritage Green Master Plan

The scope for the Heritage Green campus design project was to provide a master plan and schematic level planning, design, and engineering services for the two-square block area on the northwest side of the Central Business District, bounded by College Street, Buncombe Street, Atwood Street, Marshall Avenue, and North Academy Street. The campus includes the Upcountry History Museum, the Hughes Main Library of the Greenville County Library System, the Greenville Little Theatre, the Greenville County Museum of Art, the Children’s Museum of the Upstate, and the Museum & Gallery at Heritage Green.

Greenways Master Plan: The Greenways Master Plan was completed in 2007 by Greenways Incorporated and Arbor Engineering.

Haywood Road Master Plan

Haywood Road Master Plan: The Haywood Road Master Plan was completed in 2009 by Clark Patterson and Lee.

Pete Hollis Gateway Plan

Pete Hollis Gateway Plan: The Pete Hollis Gateway Plan was completed in 2006 by staff to help redevelopment of the western corridor.

Pleasantburg Drive Corridor Master Plan

Pleasantburg Drive Corridor Master Plan was completed in 2004 by Glatting, Jackson, Kercher, Anglin, Lopez, Rinehart Inc.

Stone Avenue Master Plan

Stone Avenue Master Plan: The City Council adopted the plan in concept in February of 2011.

West End Master Plan

West End Master Plan Update: Completed in 2004 by Arnett Muldrow and Associates.

Woodruff Road Corridor Study

Woodruff Road Corridor Study was completed in 2007 by Kimley-Horne and Associates and coordinated with Greenville County and the Greenville-Pickens Area Transportation Study.
