Welcome
The Parking Division, organizationally located in
the Public Works Department, oversees the
operation of all City garages and parking lots. Currently, the parking system includes ten parking facilities
which provide 6,320 parking spaces, two lots and more than 700 free on-street spaces.
Each parking garage is equipped with an automated Pay-in-lane station, which accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and parking vouchers.

Free Weekend and Evening Parking
Park for free on weekends in two downtown locations! The Richardson Street Garage is free from 6-9 pm on Fridays,
6 am-9 pm on Saturdays, and from 6 am Sunday to 6 am Monday. A flat fee of $3 will be payable upon entry after 9 pm
on Friday and Saturday evenings. The West Washington Street Deck is free from 6 pm to 6 am
Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
