Furman University Clarinet Ensemble

Wednesday, July 24, 2019

In keeping with the museum’s pledge to offer a wide variety of musical experiences to all audiences we have something very special for you the incredible Furman University Clarinet Ensemble! That’s right, you can hear these talented Furman University clarinet students before they head off to perform at the biggest clarinet conference in the world! They have been invited to perform at the prestigious International Clarinet Association ClarinetFest. This year’s conference, entitled “Embracing the World”, will be presented in partnership with the University of Tennessee, and you get to them before they do! And, by attending FREE & making a donation—you do a wonderful thing: you make it possible for them to pay their way! Seating is very limited, and we need to know that you are going to be there so call us & we’ll make sure you have seats! Help them to Knoxville! (Photo: Courtesy of Jeremy Fleming)
