Submitting An Event to the Community Calendar

All submissions will be reviewed before posting to the city's Community Calendar. The city has the discretion to determine which public events will be included in the calendar. The events should provide entertainment, food or other attractions to a diverse population, and promote the economic benefits of tourism or enhance the quality of life of the community. All events must be open to the general public (for free or cost), located within the City of Greenville and organized for non-profit purposes.

Books of all kinds: Autobiography, Business, Children's: Fiction, Non-Fiction and Classics, Cooking, Fiction (like new hardcover, trade and paperback), Health, Vintage in Adults and Children's, Political Commentary, Presidents, Sports, Plus DVDs, Music CDs, Audio Books, Puzzles and more. When you support the Friends of the Library, you help to make these programs possible: Adult Literary Events such as the recent Local Author Expo Summer Reading Performances for children About the Friends: The Friends of the Greenville County Library System is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides financial and volunteer support for public programs and publications of the Greenville County Library System through various fundraising projects.
