Customer Listening Sessions: We Want to Hear From You!
Greenlink implemented multiple route changes on July 1, 2019. Now that these routes have been in service for six months, Greenlink is seeking rider feedback on the routes. How are the routes working? What would you change? What would you keep in place?
The Customer Listening Sessions are scheduled for the following dates. All sessions will take place at the Greenlink Transit Center (100 W. McBee Avenue):
- Saturday, January 25: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
- Thursday, January 30: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, February 4: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Thursday, February 6: 6:30 – 7:30 a.m.
Customer feedback may prompt further evaluations of ridership and on-time performance data, which may result in staff recommendations for future route changes. Individuals who are unable to attend a Customer Listening Session may email their feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org by February 13, 2020.
